WHEN WILL I RECEIVE MY ORDER?
Please allow 1-4 business days for your order to be dispatched. (Up to 2 days during holiday seasons.)
Standard delivery time is 7-12 business days for the USA, UK, Canada, Australia, New Zealand, and the EU.*
*Note: Black Friday and Christmas are our busiest seasons, so there may be unexpected delays in dispatching and shipping orders.
We ship orders with FedEx, Canada Post, Australia Post.
ORDER CANCELLATION
Orders can only be canceled or modified within the first 24 hours of being placed. After 24 hours, any requests for cancellation or modification may be rejected. If you notice an issue with your order or shipping address right after checkout, please contact us immediately at Info@GraterJoy.com..
UNDELIVERABLE ADDRESS
It is the customer’s responsibility to provide the correct and deliverable shipping address. GraterJoy is not responsible for orders not delivered due to incorrect addresses provided at checkout. If an undeliverable address is submitted, the order may not reach the desired location, and all associated costs will be the buyer’s responsibility. If you realize there's an error in the shipping address after checkout, you must inform GraterJoy within 24 hours at Info@GraterJoy.com.
WHAT HAPPENS IF MY ORDER GETS STUCK OR LOST IN THE MAIL?
All of our orders include insured shipping and handling. If your order gets stuck or lost during delivery, we apologize for the inconvenience! Although we can't control postal services, we will send you a new package with quicker shipping and full tracking if possible. Please refer to our refund and return policy for more details on when these might apply to shipping issues.
